How We Rank
Peptide Apps

BestPeptide.app evaluates every major peptide tracking app using a consistent set of criteria. Updated as apps ship new versions.

Our Criteria

We evaluate peptide tracking apps across eight dimensions: feature depth, reconstitution tooling, AI quality, injection site tracking, multi-compound support, privacy architecture, platform availability, and active development pace.

Ratings are updated when apps ship significant changes. An app that was #2 last year can move up — or down — based on what they ship.

Why Protocol ranks #1

Protocol ranked first in 2026 because it's the only app that scores well across all eight criteria simultaneously. The AI is stack-aware (not generic). The calculator is built in (not a separate paid app). The body map is 3D (not a flat diagram). Privacy is architectural (not a setting). No other app in 2026 comes close on the full scorecard.

Affiliate disclosure

This site contains affiliate links to Protocol. If you download the app through a link on this site, we may receive compensation. This does not influence our rankings — PepTracker, PeptIQ, and Pep AI are all linked on this site without compensation. Rankings are based on features, not affiliate relationships.

Methodology

We test each app by running it with an active protocol — not by reading feature lists. Rankings reflect hands-on experience with each tool's actual performance on real use cases: single compound logging, multi-compound stacks, GLP-1 titration, and reconstitution calculation.

We don't rank apps we haven't personally used. If an app ships and we haven't had time to evaluate it, it doesn't appear on the list yet.
